Beetroot Hummus
Serves 4-6
Time 5 minutes
Ingredients
1 jar beetroot
1 can chickpeas, drained after rinsing
½ cup tahini
Juice of half a lemon
1 clove of garlic
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp water
Extra virgin olive oil
Method
Add all ingredients to a food processor.
Blitz until smooth and enjoy!
