Vanilla Maple Thick Shake

Ingredients

1 frozen banana

¼ cup oats

2 tbsp maple syrup

½ tsp salt

1 tbsp almond butter

1 cup almond milk

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla extract

Method

Place all of your ingredients in a blender and blend until everything has combined. If it’s too thick, add a bit of extra almond milk and pulse until desired consistency. 

Serve in a large glass.
