Spirulina Smooth

Serves 1

Time 5 minutes

Ingredients

1 tbsp spirulina powder

1 tbsp hemp seeds

1 large handful raw spinach

½ cucumber

1 frozen banana 

1 cup coconut water

1 tbsp vegan protein powder

1 date 

1 bunch mint

Method

Add all of your ingredients to a blender. Add about ½ cup of coconut water, gradually add more as you blend to ensure it’s at the right consistency.
