Raw Hemp & Oat Energy Balls

Serves makes 10-12 balls

Time 5 minutes plus refrigerating

Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

¼ cup hemp seeds

½ cup dark chocolate chips

2 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp pepitas

½ cup crunchy peanut butter

¼ cup runny honey

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ tsp cinnamon 

Method

Mix ingredients in a bowl. With wet hands roll into balls. Refrigerate to firm up.
