Raspberry and Chia Baked Oats
Serves 1
Time 35 minutes
Ingredients
1 cup oats
¼ cup milk of choice
1 banana
1 tbsp chia seeds
Handful of raspberries
1 egg
1 tbsp honey
½ tsp baking powder
Method
Blend the oats, banana, egg, honey and baking powder until smooth.
Place into ramekins, stir through raspberries and chia seeds.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
