Poached Eggs

Ingredients
2 extra large eggs
1 tbsp white vinegar
Large pot of water
Toast, to serve
Method
Heat a pot of water and bring to a gentle simmer.
Add the vinegar and gently stir to create a whirl in the water.
Crack the egg into the centre of the water. Simmer the egg for 2-3 minutes, depending on how firm you like your yolk to be.
Remove egg from pot with slotted spoon, use a clean cloth to drain excess water.
Serve with toast and enjoy!
