Lemon & Ginger Juice
Serves 2-4
Time 5 minutes
Ingredients
1 cucumber, sliced
2 celery stalks, chopped
3 cm piece ginger
1 green apple, sliced
2 lemons, peeled, remove skin (you can do 1 if you prefer less sour)
1 cup flat leaf parsley, chopped
Water to achieve consistency – ½ cup
Method
Juice all the ingredients in a juicer, serve, and enjoy!
