Kefir Raita with Naan

Serves 4 as a side

Time 15 minutes

Ingredients

Kefir Raita 

2 cups lactose-free kefir

½ cucumber, grated or diced 

½ red onion, finely chopped

⅓ cup fresh mint, finely chopped

3 baby capsicums, diced 

1 tsp ground cumin 

Pinch salt

Pepper

 

To serve 

Naan

Method

Combine all of the ingredients for the raita in a bowl, stir everything together and taste to check the seasoning. 

Warm your naan bread and serve with raita.
