Homemade Oat Tortilla

Serves 4

Time 5 minutes plus soaking

Ingredients

2 cups of oats

1½ cups of water

Extra virgin olive oil spray

Method

Soak oats for about 2 hours prior.

Add soaked oats into a food processor with extra water. 

Blitz in a food processor with water until it has a thick smoothness to the batter.

Using a frypan, spray with olive oil and allow it to get to a warm too medium heat. 

Pour the mixture in to the pan. 

Place batter in, flip once bottom browned.
