Green Morning Smoothie
Serves 1
Time 5 minutes
Ingredients
6 strawberries, tops removed
150g baby spinach
½ avocado scooped out
100ml yoghurt
Juice of an orange
Water to achieve consistency
Method
In a compact cup blender, place all the ingredients together and blitz.
Keep blitzing until the ingredients are in a liquid consistency you’d enjoy drinking. If you want the smoothie to be thinner consistency, add more water. That is your drink ready to have on the go!
