Coconut, Almond and Oat Balls

Serves make 9 balls

Time 5 minutes plus refrigeration

Ingredients

½ cup almond butter

½ cup pitted dates

½ cup oats

⅓ cup desiccated coconut 

½ cup almonds

1 tbsp honey

Method

In a food processor blitz the coconut, dates and almonds and blitz until smooth.

In a bowl combine this with almond butter, oats, and honey.

Use your hands to make the mixture into balls.

Place in the fridge for an hour to ensure they are firm. 

Then enjoy!
