Beetroot, Feta & Kefir Dip

Serves 4-6

Time 10 minutes

Ingredients

½ cup kefir

1 block feta

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 

1 garlic clove, microplaned 

Salt & pepper

1 cup jarred baby beetroot

2 sprigs dill 

Method

Add all ingredients to a food processor and blitz until smooth. Garnish with additional dill and serve with grislini sticks and crackers.
